This role requires individuals with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and business development to drive revenue growth across our key industries: Agriculture, EV Solutions, and Real Estate.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.
#EXPERIENCE
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and business partners to expand market reach.
- Promote and sell Gassel’s agricultural products, EV solutions, and real estate services to customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in agriculture, EV, or real estate industries is an added advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
